MN Tribal Officer Shot and Killed Responding to Suicidal Subject Call
Officials say 37-year-old Officer Ryan Bialke, a native of Buffalo, Minnesota, was shot to death by a suspect at a home in Redby that possibly had children inside. That suspect allegedly fired upon officers as they arrived, hitting Bialke.

Man Gets 30 Years for Killing Tribal Officer
In 2019, Cleveland pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, which carried a maximum penalty of life in prison. He also pleaded guilty to violating the conditions of his supervised release in a previous case in which he forced his way into a home on the Navajo Nation armed with a baseball bat and assaulted a woman in 2012.

Officer Horacio Sebastian Dominguez, 43, was on duty and heading west on Interstate 75 near Picayune Strand State Forest Campground at about 1:20 a.m. when the marked police car's right rear tire blew out, a Florida Highway Patrol news release states.
