Clark Family Plans to Sue Over Fatal Police Shooting
The family also announced Friday the results of an autopsy performed by a specialist they hired. Clark was hit eight times out of the 20 shots reportedly fired, the independent expert reported, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The latest protest began around 3 p.m. outside the office of Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert. Protesters have been demanding that Schubert prosecute the officers who shot and killed Clark on March 18.

California Justice Department to Oversee Investigation of Sacramento Police Shooting
The agreement calls for the state Justice Department to play two roles: to provide independent oversight into the investigation into the shooting of Stephon Clark and to review Sacramento's police training and policies on the use of force.
