Axon Launches First Advanced AI-Powered Redaction Tool
Axon has announced the launch of Redaction Assistant, the first advanced artificial intelligence (AI) powered tool to be offered to law enforcement agencies and prosecutors through the Axon network. Redaction Assistant is a productivity tool built to increase efficiency for agencies who currently spend up to eight hours manually redacting each hour of body camera video footage.

Axon Expands AI and Policing Technology Ethics Board with New Members; Implements Bias Awareness Training
βAxon today announced the appointment of Mecole Jordan, executive director of United Congress of Community and Religious Organizations, Christy Lopez, distinguished visitor from practice at Georgetown University Law Center, and Kathleen O'Toole, former Seattle police chief and Boston police commissioner, to Axon's AI and Policing Technology Ethics Board. Axon also announced that it will host implicit bias awareness training for developers.
