FBI HRT Operators Killed In Training Accident
Two members of the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) died Friday during a training exercise off the coast of Virginia Beach. Special agents Christopher Lorek, 41, and Stephen Shaw, 40, had served the FBI for 17 years and eight years respectively.

A Faulkner County (Ark.) Sheriff's deputy died Monday morning after taking part in a training session in North Little Rock. Hans Fifer, 32, participated in SWAT training in North Little Rock and completed the training, when he began complaining of shortness of breath.
