PA Trooper Wounded in Weekend Attack Remains Critical
Lt. James Wagner, 45, was shot by Brandon Stine, 38, during one of several encounters Stine had with troopers Saturday in Juniata County. Stine ambushed and killed Trooper Jacques Rougeau Jr., 29, during one of these encounters, state police said.
