NJ Trio Named NLEOMF Officers of the Month
D’Alto and D’Elia arrived at the scene and assisted Triano in rescuing the driver from the burning vehicle. After dousing the flames, both D’Alto and D’Elia were able to pull the driver out before flames started to spread to the interior cabin.

National Law Enforcement Museum Places New Emphasis on Honoring Police
“The board of directors decided that we exist to honor law enforcement. So, we went through the museum, and we removed anything that did not have to do with honoring law enforcement,” Ferranto says. “Any label, any exhibit that did not directly honor professional law enforcement was either edited or removed.”

MA Officer Named NLEOMF Officer of the Month for Water Save
With the woman screaming that she could not swim, Flynn radioed in a request for help and without hesitation jumped into the 40-degree water to assist the distressed woman. Flynn was able to successfully grab the woman and then swam with her to a nearby sea wall.
