The Tampa Police Department faced the wrath of anti-Trump Twitter followers after the agency's official Twitter account retweeted a post from Brad Parscale—President Trump's 2020 campaign manager—saying "#FourMoreYears" in response to actor Jon Voight's video praising the president.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, the police department's account also “liked” Parscale’s tweet, as well as a video from President Trump’s Twitter account that gave highlights of his recent Fourth of July speech.

The posts drew fire from citizens who oppose the Trump presidency.

The posts were removed from the agency's Twitter page.

A department spokesperson said that several individuals have access to the Twitter account, and it was not immediately clear who was responsible for the social media post.
