According to ABC News, the subject—identified as 30-year-old Travis Lee Davis—had escaped from a holding facility in Pettis County, MO, Saturday night. Police in Oklahoma found and arrested him on Wednesday. But somehow, Davis was able to escape again, fleeing in a police vehicle.

Officers were standing outside of the car and interviewing the alleged victim—who claimed that Davis had kidnapped her at gunpoint—when the suspect stole the vehicle and fled the scene, according to the Heavener Police Department.

Davis crashed soon thereafter and fled on foot. He reportedly remains at large.
